Pros
The integration of maxIT and Vitalize combined a wealth of experienced and knowledgeable consultants. Leidos worked very diligently to combine two firms that already had an established culture.
Cons
The decrease in the market did not allow the time needed for Leidos to restructure enough to decrease the overhead. Rather than looking at ways to control the layers of overhead the organization looked for ways to decrease the salaries of the consultants who produced the revenue.
