Pros
Colleagues are intelligent, driven, and hard-working. There is a wide range of expertise across many different fields. Work location is flexible and telecommuting is encouraged, at least for some positions.
Cons
Corporate focus is on meeting short-term targets (e.g., timesold) and keeping up stock price. Employees are losing more and more fringe benefits. Career training is not encouraged as much as it is at competitor companies.
