      Pros

      The company has a great onboarding procedure, if a little long. The culture is mostly very professional.

      Cons

      Support while in the role was not there. Role needed scoping at the start and no-one was present to assist, nor knew what was going on. Once scoped all issues were rectified quickly. After all processes were re-written there were weeks at a time when no work was required.

      Pros

      Now, they're Leidos has taken over QTC, I appreciate the management styles and expectation.So I am much happier now

      Cons

      I do not like how diagnostic exams, including blood pressures, take up an hour slot which does Involve me at all. This leads to huge gaps in my schedule and as a contractor, sitting idle without making money is not really beneficial for me.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
