Pros
The work is challenging, and I am surrounded by hard-working, bright people. The management seems to do a good job at positioning employees such that they are successful. The atmosphere is one of integrity and putting the customer's interests first.
Cons
Sometimes long hours and work on weekends without additional compensation. Key employees are leaving for greener pastures because of this. It seems like upper management doesn't have long-term vision. Opportunities for developing marketable intellectual property are often ignored in favor of cost cutting.
