Pros

Hybrid schedule. Flexibility of dependence on other engineers depending on leaning style. Lots of online learning tools and skill training programs. Overall friendly and laid-back work environment. High sense of job security. Expectations are very reasonable for the majority.

Cons

Quiet promotion: Engineers that design and manage large-complicated projects aren't compensated for that additional responsibility and project management. Compensation hasn't kept up to expectations: Yearly cost of living adjustment + yearly experience adjustment + additional responsibility/difficulty adjustment = fair compensation. Management not receptive of new software tools and processes: Improved software and automation tools aren't implemented and utilized effectively due to lack of management initiative. Lack of administrative support: If you want something organized or a document updated, you're doing it yourself. Makes it hard to focus on your engineering projects.

Pros

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
