Pros
Lots of internal possibilities, great benefits and coverage's, positive work-life balance attitudes, diversity inclusion policies, numerous locations throughout the world and plenty of remote positions (fast to adopt remote during pandemic)
Cons
Sick time was consolidated into a general PTO bucket in 2019 after several states passed minimum sick time requirements. By pooling all time off, including sick, Leidos is technically in compliance but many people lost a week's worth of time off as a result. New CEO has taken over after Roger Krone retired, and management is shifting in an aggressive and leaner, more capture-based direction, causing some layoffs even while expanding contracts.
