      Pros

      Lots of flexibility in my work. I keep my POCs happy with taking care of military members and being available.

      Cons

      Getting information on certain requirements is a challenge. The manual says one thing but when talking to leaders they have differing opinions and then trying to get things accomplished can be difficult.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
