Pros

I enjoy my close-knit team and immediate co-workers; however, the company environment at large is not something I am very familiar with. The flexibility of my schedule is great, as I work from home. My superiors encourage a healthy work-life balance, and when I have work, if I need help, I am always supported by our helpful system of co-workers nationwide.

Cons

The ultimate downside is the contract-based work system. As an hourly employee, I often go weeks (currently months) without a full paycheck. I am often encouraged to reach out to folks in the company who might have work, but often fall short. As a fairly new employee, this system is brutal, as you have many folks who have been entrenched with their contractor or employees of choice for however long and you often get looked over in favor of others.

Pros

Now, they're Leidos has taken over QTC, I appreciate the management styles and expectation. So I am much happier now

Cons

I do not like how diagnostic exams, including blood pressures, take up an hour slot which does Involve me at all. This leads to huge gaps in my schedule and as a contractor, sitting idle without making money is not really beneficial for me.

Pros

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
