Flexible work schedule, many different types of customers, and interesting types of work
Cons
Females are paid less than male counterparts. Employees truly do not matter unless you are brining in high revenue. What fee does this person bring in should not be the main focus on raises or promotion. Management is awful at the Division-level and above with no true leadership or encompassing vision for the entire team.
