      Ever changing business dynamic, work can change from week to week; continually being able to leverage skills gained while on the job.

      Cons

      Too many process to accomplish simple task. Company very concerned about bottom line, loosing talented professionals to competition with better benefits.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
