Pros
The best thing about contract company's like Leidos is that they are based on contracts and this is also the worst thing about company's like Leidos.
Cons
I had to leave when they cut health benefits and passed the costs on to the employees, but most other DOD contractor companies. But escaping the DOD bubble can be difficult as it is very tempting to get sucked back in.
