      - Bid teams need to make sure they do a better job and not handball a project that is underbid, not understood and make sure Leidos has capability to execute. - Poorly managed projects that never get better. - Financial loss on projects is very poor - if you employ someone to do a job, let the person do that job and not just become an admin assistant.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
