      Provide lots of training opportunities for career advancement, especially in business and technology fields Wide range of medical coverage options Good leave policy (11 holidays; PTO based on years worked; allows you to flex time to earn an extra week of PTO if the client allows) Put more effort into making sure client-based employees have some face-time with the company than some other contracting companies

      Don't advocate on their employees' behalf with the client Merit pay is lower than what it should be

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
