      Pros

      Flexible schedule, convenient location, lots of automated portals (pay, benefits, forums), good pay, 401k with matching of 5% (takes 5 years to become vested), optimistic and positive coworkers

      Cons

      No snow days, no sick days, terrible medical plan, separate prescription plan that doesn't kick in until you exceed 4,500 for the year, less federal holidays than the gov, HR non-existent, no help with benefits packages

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
