      There are still remote positions available, but they are in high demand

      Cons

      If you are not remote, it is extremely difficult to earn PTO and take time away from work for the first year or so. If you are remote, it is much easier to flex your time and work outside of the 8-5 to make up your hours.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
