      Good pay, time to study and learn/go to college. Learn is encouraged and often there are ways the company will help supplement the cost to help.

      Cons

      It is a government contract who knows if you will have a job next month. There is also no upward movement on this contract in Yuma. If you want to make more/do more you have to move.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
