Absent Management - Lead Pricing Analyst Leidos Employee Review

My direct manager was almost completely absent 90% of the time. Teams messages would go unanswered for hours and emails were not acknowledged unless I copied another individual for status updates. I also had serious training gaps that were never addressed. Program management also would leave pricing out until the last second, causing frantic pricing drills to get things out the door. The entire proposal group for defense was also very isolated, there was very little sense of being supported by a team and little morale. I even spoke to another pricing analyst about this.
