      My position was fully remote and there was little micromanagement

      Cons

      Management didn't know what they were doing. Seemed to encourage inefficiency although to be fair they were not the main source of the problem, that would be mostly the client.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
