      Pros

      We stayed mostly busy and they were very communicative about goals. Plenty of ways to move around. If your group ran out of work, there was typically plenty of other cross-discipline work that others could send you.

      Cons

      Overloaded some days. Burnout was pretty bad. Sometimes too fast paced for accurate and safety focused design time.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
