      They offer hybrid working as no office space

      Cons

      You can only pass certain grades if you are a white male. No non white senior leaders. HR are adverse to dismiss poor employees. Blame culture especially against females due to heavy male veteran hiring patterns. Hear lots of racist jibes against non white colleagues. Nepotism in hiring.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
