Pros

Get overtime pay almost every week Get weekly paycheck and they always pay you on time Alot of the techs are really nice

Cons

Horrible management They always think you should be doing something even if the place is dead For example I was made to clean tool boxes that had just been cleaned the previous day and the worst experience was a manager making walk around the complex and pick up all of the cigarette butts on the property.

Competitive pay and benefits. Upper management looks to promote from within the company when possible. Great coworkers who work well together to help everyone succeed. Great benefits package and PTO.

1. There is a high level of professionalism here and the staff are good at teaching/mentoring on ways to increase your level of professionalism. 2. Speaking on mentorship; this dealer promotes and encourages staff in dependability, teamwork, and problem solving. 3. The dealer group has outstanding methods of celebrating individual successes in all departments through either specialized dinners, award ceremonies, and trips to select locations.

Cons

Wish the dealer was closer to home.
