Unpredictable with zero security - Insurance Claims Associate Lendbuzz Employee Review

Pros

The hybrid setup is the only redeeming feature, and even that barely offsets the instability.

Cons

There is no sense of security and no path for growth. Employees are treated like disposable tools, easily replaced quickly discarded. Layoffs and sudden terminations feel constant, especially when performance falls even slightly short of expectations that are completely unrealistic. The work itself is unpredictable and mentally exhausting, yet the standards remain sky high with no understanding of how stressful and complex the role actually is. Fear of losing the job hangs over everything.

Pros

I’ve had a good experience at Lendbuzz. You’re not just babysitting accounts, you’re actually building relationships and growing your own book. The product sells, especially in non-prime, so if you put in the effort you’ll see results. I like that you know where you stand with your numbers. They are clear and leadership is pretty accessible.

Cons

Like most lenders, there’s back-and-forth with underwriting on tougher deals, and some processes can feel a bit manual at times. It’s a fast-paced environment.

Pros

The people I directly worked with were genuinely skilled and trying their best.

Cons

I could not get basic information from other departments when I needed it, which was constant. Teams were operating in completely different directions—there was no alignment on sales targets, and product changes would just happen without any kind of notice to the people selling the thing. Questions went unanswered for weeks. When I did finally get responses, they contradicted what someone else had told me three days prior. There was no central place for information, no regular cross-team meetings, no one responsible for actually keeping things coordinated. The silos just got worse and worse over time, and it became impossible to do my job.
