As a current employee who has been with Lendesk for several years, I can confidently say it’s been the most rewarding place I’ve worked. The people here are the secret sauce. Such a strong group of passionate and collaborative people. It sounds cheesy, but it's inspiring. On top of that, the products and solutions we build are meaningful, with a strong market fit and excellent feedback from customers.
Another huge pro are the benefits, the PTO is very generous and there is a strong sense of work/life balance.
Cons
Lendesk is in growth mode, which naturally brings its share of “champagne problems.” Things can move quickly and priorities can shift, so it helps to bring passion and flexibility. For those who enjoy a dynamic, evolving environment, it’s definitely exciting.
