Pros
Base pay is acceptable but nothing amazing. They have unlimited PTO, most of the regular employees are fine people. Projects can be interesting challenges but will likely be abandoned or cut short (see Cons).
Cons
First, the CEO is one of the highest paid in the country despite telling employees the company won't be profitable enough to award full bonuses this year. Based on his political donations, he has very unsavory ethics. Any profit you make the company will go into his pocket or the pockets of our president*. High level executives have been leaving on a nearly monthly basis since I started. Not a good sign for the future of the company and not conducive to a coherent company strategy. Projects you work on will likely be abandoned before or shortly after completion since the executive that pushed it is now gone. 401k match leaves a lot to be desired and health benefits have gotten progressively worse. The office is a glorified warehouse. While they bring in cheap catered lunches, they're worse than school cafeteria quality. The provided coffee is of a similar quality.
