Pros

Free Food occasionally, $3 lunch, nice people

Cons

Bad pay, no raises, some people have been there for 14 years still making $14 an hour. Don’t get stuck. Management is lazy and has started to micromanage. Managers are on FaceTime the whole shift on saturdays and don’t do any work. Used to provide incentives but that stopped. Lendingtree marketing will put up false advertisements that we are legally not even allowed to express over the phone because it’s so false, and then call us mad because we mislead them online... on top of that Managers don’t even answer your questions when you have an irate customer... they literally know nothing.

Pros

LendingTree has a strong culture that is incredibly welcoming, since the start I have felt right at home. The company places an emphasis on autonomy, giving you the chance to explore ways to make a difference. You are encouraged to work however works best for you, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO, work-life balance is great.

Cons

The business itself is very complex and constantly evolving, and while that does keep things interesting you can feel lost. The segments of the business are all very unique making collaboration imperative, so at times competing priorities can cause delays and hold progress.
