Pros

Work hard, play hard. They sent us to SXSW a couple years ago, and a one day training conference in town last year. Leadership is super talented and driven and the company is very transparent. Work-life balance is great with the unlimited vacation.

Cons

I worked on a very small team and could only be promoted if my manager left and he had no plans to do that, so I had to look elsewhere for career advancement.

LendingTree has a strong culture that is incredibly welcoming, since the start I have felt right at home. The company places an emphasis on autonomy, giving you the chance to explore ways to make a difference. You are encouraged to work however works best for you, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO, work-life balance is great.

Cons

The business itself is very complex and constantly evolving, and while that does keep things interesting you can feel lost. The segments of the business are all very unique making collaboration imperative, so at times competing priorities can cause delays and hold progress.
