Pros

Flexibility, great people to work with, and fun environment

Cons

The CEO, Doug Lebda, who was kicked out of IAC is an incompetent idiot and has unrealistic expectations of employees, the CEO micro-manages too much and does not pay attention to higher level issues which is part fo the reason the company is dfoing bad, the compentsation and benefits have gotten worse as everything seems to be taken away from employees with all of the financial issues, employees are not appreciated, there is a great fear of getting laid off, there are certain people that are the "favorites" and get everything when everyone else who does the work gets nothing

Pros

LendingTree has a strong culture that is incredibly welcoming, since the start I have felt right at home. The company places an emphasis on autonomy, giving you the chance to explore ways to make a difference. You are encouraged to work however works best for you, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO, work-life balance is great.

Cons

The business itself is very complex and constantly evolving, and while that does keep things interesting you can feel lost. The segments of the business are all very unique making collaboration imperative, so at times competing priorities can cause delays and hold progress.
