Pros

Good benefits and paid time off

Cons

-Management is lost. Doug the CEO has been there forever. They are chasing projects and growth in areas that managers and teams can tell will not be a win. Yet they dedicate resources and are shocked when they don't pan out -Company has gone through so many layoffs and they have been brutal for morale. Everyone is looking over their back expecting another round after being told after each that they were the last -Has completely reversed course on work from home. Mandatory return to the office and the CEO during every townhall says if he had it his way everyone would be in 5 days a week -Once you get you salary, expect it to never change. No payraise above 3% in 3 years, no room for growth opportunities, middle management saying they would love for you to take on more opportunites and work but cannot offer further compensation -401 K match is not competitive

Pros

LendingTree has a strong culture that is incredibly welcoming, since the start I have felt right at home. The company places an emphasis on autonomy, giving you the chance to explore ways to make a difference. You are encouraged to work however works best for you, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO, work-life balance is great.

Cons

The business itself is very complex and constantly evolving, and while that does keep things interesting you can feel lost. The segments of the business are all very unique making collaboration imperative, so at times competing priorities can cause delays and hold progress.
