Pros

Pay and benefits are comparable to similar companies. They focus on charitable giving and volunteering. Great coworkers. Fairly good opportunities for lateral job changes and promotion.

Cons

Company has been struggling and until recently there hasn't been much focus on initiatives, rather trying a lot of different directions which feels hectic. Hoping newer changes to senior management is positive. We miss bonuses and stock that has value. Just about everyone hates return to office with the "we know what's best for you" approach.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Our priority with the return-to-office model is to ensure productivity while creating a supportive work atmosphere. We have a lot of great work to get done and we realize that our work gets done better (and faster) when we are together. Our hybrid model approach still allows for flexibility. Thank you, LendingTree Human Resources Department

Pros

LendingTree has a strong culture that is incredibly welcoming, since the start I have felt right at home. The company places an emphasis on autonomy, giving you the chance to explore ways to make a difference. You are encouraged to work however works best for you, with flexible hours and unlimited PTO, work-life balance is great.

Cons

The business itself is very complex and constantly evolving, and while that does keep things interesting you can feel lost. The segments of the business are all very unique making collaboration imperative, so at times competing priorities can cause delays and hold progress.
