      Pros

      Good people in the upper management they truly care about their employees. Great reward incentive on contests, I mean they know how to give out awards and prices, it just proves they value their employees, loving the Southern hospitality as well. Thumbs up! Employer of choice.

      Cons

      Need a much better innovative technology system. IT need to be more proactive in responding to ticket issues. They need to respond to email especially marketing Dept, accounting dept.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
