      Great advancement opportunities. Good work-life balance. They care about their employees. Good opportunities to make bonuses. Upper management is actually accessible.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best here. I don't think it's to keep employees in the dark, its just growing pains with the many changes.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
