      Lendmark is growing and prosperous with terrific leadership. They care about their employees and that makes us very different.

      Growth is good so we are getting better systems and vehicles for communication. Work in progress.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
