      You do get a ham for Thanksgiving

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever worked for. They are run by good old boy network don't care about their employees. Do not work in their Gastonia office unless you want to get fired or forced to quit

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
