      Competitive salary, great benefits, federal holidays

      Cons

      Employees made to feel as though they're easily replaceable. Lots us unconstructive criticism. Public floggings are acceptable by Sr management. No work/life balance. Met with management to have a productive discussion regarding low morale on the team. Management's response: I need to replace the whole team

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
