      The culture of Lendmark is something unlike anywhere else. Upper management wants you to succeed and provides all of the tools for leaders that want to excel.

      Cons

      As with most companies in recent years, medical benefits are average at best. However, PTO is better than most.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
