      If you have a good branch manager can be a good work environment, point system which allows for very cool prizes, learn to prioritize well

      Cons

      working some Saturdays, not much flexibility or allowed vacations on certain weeks and times of the year, cold calling companies to try to partner with them

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
