      When the Branch Manager was out of the office or when she wanted to actually put in effort

      Lendmark Financial does not listen when you are working your health away for a manager that is not doing their job and who brings personal life into the workplace. You can have multiple employees complaining about the same issues and they still do not do a thing. If you want to keep your sanity and not get treated like you do not matter, do not go to work for Lendmark Financial

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
