      Pros

      Pay is good bonus is ok.

      Cons

      Not family friendly, will ask you to make sacrifices when it comes to your children. They tell you when you can leave, when the door says 8:30am-5:30pm you work weekends. You can’t have a life outside the company. There’s no time for that. No bereavement if your love one passes they want you at work. Don’t get sick or have surgery you gotta be back in two weeks even if it’s major.

      Paid well. Close with local offices

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expectations are changed and increased at any given moment. Lots of late nights and weekends. Stressful environment. Sr management makes promises and it's not carried down.
