      Pros

      They sponsor your Green Card but for at least 8-9 years.

      Cons

      They treat you like a hostage. I always feel like that or shall we say they treat you like a product without feeling and future. They don't care as long as they are earning. They cheat on your H1B extension by letting you pay for the premium processing. They avoid the regular much cheaper processing because by law they are obliged to pay for it.

      Lenmar is a good company to consult for. They are dependable and handle any issues or concerns quickly. They pay a good rate and are helpful finding you a new spot also when you're contract ends.

      Pros

      - great for someone who likes financial services - They give great interview tips and potential questions - They will not ghost you

      Cons

      - Says contract to hire, that isn't the case at all - very little pay for the amount of work you do - its financial services, get ready to work overtime without getting overtime, and working on weekends too
