Pros

Great team, decent bonus structure and a lot of autonomy. Overall I believe you absolutely can be successful if you put in the effort and figure out how “lennar” works.

Cons

Training is unstructured and unchecked. You will likely spend a lot of time digging holes and picking up trash as there is no real training plan. On a random Tuesday with no warning you’ll be set off on your own with relatively minimal knowledge on how to actually do your job. Hopefully you can figure it out. It takes a lot of outside efforts without much support unless you happen to work in a neighborhood where your coworkers help. Very metric heavy, which I know many people do not like. The company is a bit out of touch between departments, the deadlines are strict and a lot of your bonus is tied to time, but gets difficult when the other departments aren’t doing their part. Despite this, you are still solely held responsible for results.

Pros

you will have a flexible schedule most of the year.

Cons

It is difficult to trust the people you work with, as they are incentivised to get you to sign off on things, whether they are done or not.

Pros

Supportive Management Great Coworkers Solid Benefits Package Career Opportunity

Cons

Constant change - good in principal but executed chaotically. Management is Supportive, but true supportive action takes a lot of time and effort to realize. Career opportunities are plentiful but hard to make a reality. Very little backfill for departing associates. Stresses remaining associates.
