Pros
Great health benefits, however 401k vesting is deceiving.
Cons
Upper management oversold and under delivered on promises. Took advantage of their corporate policies to limit compensation and provide Associate discount on purchasing a home. Pressure to deliver closed homes overrules business ethics and happiness of employees. Business model is designed to burn employee out in 2 to 3 years, making it easier to hire a new employee than keep current staff happy.
