The product is generally up to date and stylish.
Cons
Is it possible to do no stars? Terrible working environment. Management hounds and degrades sales team, and uses lewd comments. Can you imagine a manager calling an employee, “Double D?” Unrealistic sales goals. Everyone, even your best sales consultants, are dispensable. No employee is better than their last months sales. Be prepared for a constant barrage of text messages and emails daily. Even more so when sales are soft. 6-7 day work weeks are not uncommon and not optional. Product while nice is not being produced fast enough yet sales teams are required to sell homes that don’t exist.
