Pros

Flexible schedule and helpful peers

Cons

Lennar is a good place to work if you want to be overworked and underpaid. They stretch you thin and then act confused when you’re overwhelmed and falling behind. Homeowners also use you as a punching bag and you have zero support from management. Also, if you give notice to leave, please note that if you did work a month prior that they ASK of you (you’re paid in arrears) and that you’re expected to do and hit the numbers you’re ASKED and REQUIRED to hit, you will not be paid for it. That’s considered a “bonus” and they use you for the work completed. I repeat, YOU. WILL. NOT. BE. PAID. so, the numerous walks scheduled and assigned to you that were completed now belong to Lennar. They don’t care if you have bills to pay. Do yourself a favor, READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN HIRED!

Pros

you will have a flexible schedule most of the year.

Cons

It is difficult to trust the people you work with, as they are incentivised to get you to sign off on things, whether they are done or not.

Pros

Supportive Management Great Coworkers Solid Benefits Package Career Opportunity

Cons

Constant change - good in principal but executed chaotically. Management is Supportive, but true supportive action takes a lot of time and effort to realize. Career opportunities are plentiful but hard to make a reality. Very little backfill for departing associates. Stresses remaining associates.
