Pros

- People are great! - Benefits are decent.

Cons

- Mandatory 5 day in office policy - Leadership is not transparent - Huge shift to offshore roles to India instead of investing in the US - Crazy high turnover so low company culture on teams and difficulty getting projects done - Priorities always changing - Growth potential depends on role, area in company and how much your boss favors you - Pay is ok - not the most competitive - Some flexibility is offered but it varies by team - Lots of leadership change since new CEO so sometimes don’t have a clear sense of direction

Pros

Fellow employees! No micro managers. Health benefits were decent.

Cons

I have significant concerns regarding employee compensation, bonus structures, and overall company spending priorities. There is a growing perception that investments in expansion are taking precedence over investments in employees. I am also concerned about how employees are treated and the consistency of leadership's commitments. The decision to eliminate the hybrid work arrangement after previously assuring employees that it would remain has damaged trust. When commitments are reversed without clear communication or justification, it becomes difficult for employees to have confidence in the organization's leadership.
