      Pros

      Good and helping colleagues. Nice office.

      Cons

      Compensation is not on par with market. No establish workflow and a mess to deal with. Managers are not competent to and aggressive towards juniors. Decisions from the top is not transparent. HR are manipulative and policies are not comparable with other MNC.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
