      flexible work time, great team, good salary and benefits

      working in big corporation -> using legacy programs along newer ones because its just too difficult and dangerous replace working old solutions/programs that work with more modern that might cause short term revenue hit, but eventually be better...

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
