Pros
The benefits are decent-ish and the people are pretty nice. Due to a lack of any exciting or challenging work, there was plenty of free time.
Cons
First off, I would caution all potential employees to dig, dig, dig. Ask loads of questions regarding your role title, what this entails, and what your day-to-day will look like. The management here has a tendency to mislead new hires, promising flexibility across mediums, when in reality they'll lock you into whatever departmental niche needs filling (i.e., if you're hired as a junior art director on the retail team, good luck ever getting experience with TV, social, or ANYTHING other than retail). Additionally, the creative output here is consistently brain-dead, safe, and uninspiring — mainly due to the client's (and legal's) chokehold on the team's every move.
