Pros

Nice people at the lower level. Decent pay. The company runs on an 9-10 program which means you get ever other Friday off. The Health insurance isn't too terrible. There is a suggestion box and it is actually read and the questions are answered.

Cons

The company is very Anti-family. Currently we're on Mandatory overtime and have been so for over a year. People used to be much happier now they're all just burned out. There is NO paternity or Paid maternity leave whatsoever. so all the new parents are super stressed. We're not having anymore. The upper management (execs) are very disconnected with their employees and their solution to everything is "More hours" That is downright awful. I am personally really tired. I need a break but get just two weeks vacation. For all the overtime I've put in Im actually working two extra weeks every year with no vacation.

Pros

The only Pro with this company was having every other Friday off.

Cons

Poor leadership and management culture. In my experience, management positions are often filled from a small, long-tenured group, resulting in limited diversity of thought and few opportunities for outside perspectives. Many leaders lacked the skills needed to effectively develop, mentor, and support their teams. Rather than addressing organizational issues, accountability often seemed to flow downward, with lower-level employees bearing the consequences of management decisions. I also observed talented Program Managers leaving or being terminated under circumstances that suggested they were being held responsible for broader organizational problems rather than receiving appropriate leadership support. Overall, the culture discouraged transparency, accountability, and professional growth.
