Pros

Have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Everyone in my immediate department is wonderful. The training is great, the perks are awesome, the pay is fair, and engagement with my superiors is the best I have ever experienced. No one is afraid of questions or bringing new ideas to the table, it's actually very encouraged! There have been some changes with the acquisition, but I have not seen that negatively affect anything yet.

Cons

Some departments work on improvements and make changes to processes without realizing that can affect other departments. If you bring this to your manager's attention, it typically gets resolved!
