Pros

Group of hackers with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Fun projects, it is awesome to get paid to be a hacker. Very inclusive of all types and beliefs. After being an outsider at other companies, I will like I belong with this company. Team feels empowered to speak up, even when topics are not popular with management. Great benefits, health benefit is the best that I have seen.

Cons

Small company, so not as many resources compared to a large company. Some of the projects are boring for one of our large customers.
